Location, very close to metro and good fare.. Rooms were ok
Staff is not very friendly, when we arrive they first told us to come back at 13:00 to do check in and when we came they said we should have come at 14:00. I also asked to pay myself instead of my sister and they charged her instead of me. when asking questions some people were not very friendly, but some other were nice the places is very noisy

absolutely nothing and i shall be writing a letter of complaint!!!
the hotel was disgusting and my body is now fully coverede with bites from bed bugs and i am very ill. The room and carpet was dirty with only a sink in the room. There was a communal shower and the shower attachment was broken. The lift was also broken and we were on the fourth floor. I asked to change rooms and the receptionist told me we had the best room! the hotel is a complete health hazard!!!!!!

The price was not fitting for the service that we had. Wifi is only available at the lobby and they expect the customers to go down to the lobby everytime we wish to use the internet, have they not thought of extending the wifi coverage? A repeater these days is cheap (USD 99). The lift was not working throughout our stay. The worst part is, they do not treat customers well enough, they are simply not friendly nor helpful enough. One of the staff did not even look at me when spoken to. Also, there was a 'fee' charged to my card from the hotel as insurance in case we dont turn up. I was told that it would be 'automatically blocked' later. Only time will tell.

Stunningly beautiful accommodation with fantastic setting right by main streets and many restaurants, also very close to the metro and the center and the outskirts of Paris. Compact, new-fashioned rooms with good shower as well as including tea, good value compared to other options.
